The School of Law Scholarship
The School of Law has two types of financial aid available for LLM students: competitive merit-based scholarships and financial need-based scholarships.
Merit-based Scholarships
The School of Law will make available up to ten scholarships covering 100% of tuition to students who are selected to work with professors as research assistants for the purpose of assisting them with their scholarly research and the writing of textbooks for the new KIMEP Bachelor of Jurisprudence program. Recipients of these scholarships must work up to 40 hours per week and will also receive a small salary from KIMEP. The School of Law also expects to receive a 100% scholarship provided by one of Kazakhstan’s leading international law firms. This scholarship will be given to an exceptional student of high merit, following interviews both at the School of Law and at the law firm.
Need-based scholarships
