Transparent entities taxation

On may 13, 2011, the international conference on “transparent Entity Taxation: Development in Central and East Asia” took place at the University of Seoul, Korea.

The conference description: “Korea has introduced the tax rules of transparent Entities in January, 2009 to support entrepreneurs to do their fields of work with less constraints. The new tax rules are expected to allow broader range of making business decisions and facilitate business activities.” In this conference the attempt “to address the present conditions and discuss  the direction of the system in the future by comparing neighboring countries in Central and East Asia” was made.

Two Professors from KIMEP (Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research) were invited to participate on this conference as guest speakers: Tomas Balco – Associate Professor, KIMEP/ Director of CATRC and Vladimir Tyutyuryukov – Senior Lecturer, KIMEP/ Deputy Director of CATRC.
